Realty Times writes, "Younger Canadians have a homeownership rate that is double that of their counterparts south of the border." That's so cool! Housing policy just seems so much more responsible in Canada, to the great benefit of Canadians.
It's not a great article but it's interesting.
It ignores the large differences in the home buying processes in Canada versus the Unites States.
